    1. Visually communicate the value and effectiveness of the EHMRG Score: a calculated heart failure mortality risk score that helps emergency physicians better identify who needs immediate care and who can be safely sent home.

    2. Design a cohesive visual identity for the EHMRG Score to establish familiarity and facilitate recognition amongst UHN emergency room staff and trainees.
